Thin Sprayed Liners

Do you really need to put up hundreds or thousands of cubic meters or shotcrete at 50 or 100mm to keep the air and moisture out? TSL’s aren’t going to hold up a million ton of rock if it has other ideas. If we can do the same with a 5mm coating that readily adapts to automation on a smaller scale. Maybe you have a methane or even a radon problem, Let’s talk

TL40

2-Pac spray applied polymer modified membrane for surface sealing and weathering protection of rock and coal strata. Also useful with Alkali Silika Reaction rectification.

Features
Rapid setting
High early strength development
Excellent bond to just about everything
Easily spray applied
Can be pumped long distances
Non Toxic
Low VOC
Non Hazardous transport requirement.

Thin Sprayed Liner TSL mixing in underground mine North Parkes for TSL Application. for ground support rock protection, Thin sprayed lining reinforcing mining walls to prevent rock falls. Thin sprayed liner coating in a mine shaft for structural stability
wet sprayed TSL Thin Sprayed Liner for rock stability and ground support. Shaft Lining and blast hole protection. Easily mixed. Minimal preparation. Radon and radiation protection. More user friendly. Silica Free, less waste. improved environmental impact. greener option to shotcrete.
  • Applications:
  • Stabilisation of rock and coal strata
  • Bore Hole Lining – Low pressure injection
  • Surface support before shotcrete
  • Flexible surface support
  • Slope Protection – Temporary or preliminary
  • Non rated ventilation control devices
  • Corrosion protection for steel standing support
  • To reduce rock weathering above or below ground
  • Minimise hard rock bursting
  • Rib/Pillar Support
Simulated Bore Hole Lining to check for application consistency using spinning head pneumatic application.

TL41

is a single pack TSL making it a little easier to transport but it is also less flexible and has a slightly lower bond strength on some substrates. Not recommend for coal or metal surfaces but in many cases, more than adequate. It also is a little easier to transport with no liquid component.

High Yield Grouts

Do you want to fill a hole or void? This is where miners have come up with a way to use less to get more. High Yield grouts save money, Labour and the planet. These products generally fall into using lots of water or air to make a little product go a long way. The choice of technology is often related to the mode of failure. High Yield Grouts are not super strong. They will deform or yield if you prefer in a predictable way.

Fill it

Pumpable Cementitious Grout for Ground Control in underground Mining. Cemspec Fill it is a low viscosity and Shrinkage Compensated and designed for of ventilation devices and void filling applications. Usually used between 2:1 to 3:1

Foam It

Pumpable Foaming Cementitious Grout for Ground Control in underground Mining. Cemspec Fill it is a low viscosity and Shrinkage Compensated and designed for of ventilation devices and void filling applications.

Anchor Grouts

GG01 (Top Down)

Thixotropic cable bolt grout for “Top Down” Grouting. GG01 is a high-yield, shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic grout designed for installing cable and rock bolts in civil tunnels and underground mines. It’s thixotropic nature limits wastage and ensures it stay where it’s needed. Easily pumped with regular equipment, it stops flowing as soon as its agitation is is removed limiting its flow into surrounding strata.

GG03 (Bottom Up)

GG03 is a high early strength Bottom Up grout for encapsulation of roof bolts and cable anchors in underground mine and civil tunnel applications. GG03 ensures the hole is completely filled with grout, providing strong encapsulation and bonding for the support elements

Rapid Road

A rapid curing silica free binder for crushed aggregate (ballast) temporary road construction. It is also very useful for potholes and depressions where rapid return to service is crucial. Rapid Road is quick setting, with a high mechanical strength which is designed to set in ground water or can be sprayed after being pushed into place with heavy equipment.

Ask for Something Special

Just because you don’t see it here don’t hesitate to ask. Cemspec is seeking partnerships with contractors who want something a bit different. Your brand or ours. We don’t take years to release our tech as it menders it’s way through corporate bureaucracy. Let’s discuss what you want, how you want it and when you need it. If it can’t be done in your timeframe, you will know sooner rather than later.

Most laboratory personnel have never stepped outside their airconditioned hobbit holes, let alone actually use the products that are created and pitched with little to no interaction with the people that are doing the work. Cemspec can actually use their technology, making it safer and user friendly.
